Alli was amazing. Could not have asked for a better realtor to go through the first time home buying process with. She showed us a lot of homes with quick turnaround and would always keep us updated. Alli listened to every want we had and when we saw the home we ended up buying, she had already drafted up the offer letter before we said anything. Alli was great. She is very knowledgable about the market and the area I was interested in, she clearly did research and graciously took my suggestions, worked to understand my desires and added her own suggestions that fit into what I was looking for. She's very quick and smooth going through the contract process as she has a full team behind her and all the connections you need from a finance team, inspectors, contractors, etc... She made the process almost effortless and was very accommodating with my schedule and needs.
I can’t recommend Alli strongly enough. I was ‘assigned’ her when scheduling the showing of a property via Zillow, and very grateful I was! Her knowledge, guidance and experience helped secure the purchasing of a very competitive property. Her quick communication and invaluable assistance during only a 2 week closing period I am supremely grateful for!
