We had the best experience building with Lexar! Our home turned out beautifully. One of the best parts of Lexar is their finishes that are included in their price. Barely any upgrades to our finishes and you would think we upgraded everything. They have some top notch subs that did a wonderful job. I would gladly build a house with this team again.

My family and I have had the BEST experience with Lexar out of Yakima WA. They were professional throughout the whole process. They have this meeting with you and it includes what expectations are, they listened to our questions and did all of our custom needs throughout and made sure it was how we wanted it, right down to the finishing nails. I've had a really great experience working with Lexar. All the employees I have met have all been super nice and helpful. Anytime I had questions, they did a great job explaining things to me. They are patient, fair and professional. Whenever we had any little hiccups, they took care of it with no issues. They do a quality job. I would definitely build with them again.

Never followed up with sending over paperwork to the lender. Lexar wanted to know from the lender how the draw would work......but also never sent in the paperwork as discussed to move forward.

Justin Stroud with Lexar took over our new construction home build towards the end of our building experience.
