We bought land in the Chelan area to build a house on. We are owners that are definitely on a budget. We tried to find a contractor in the area, but no matter who we contacted it was non affordable. Vickie and I were very happy with our experience in our home build with Lexar. We have now been in our home at the two year mark and truly love our home!! I had some construction background and monitored Lexar's build, especially the period before drywall. Great Experience! Build with Lexar Homes!
We found Lexar to be very easy to work with, from design all the thru to end of construction. Prices compared to other in area builders was very reasonable. We are both very happy with our Lexar home and would do it all over again.
My Lexar home is everything and more than I imagined. I love the floor plan, many cabinets and storage closets, and the nice, big garage. The house was built start to finish in six months and the workmanship and quality is excellent. Lexar was so easy to work with and when I had questions they were explained in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Lexar homes !
