My Lexar home is everything and more than I imagined. I love the floor plan, many cabinets and storage closets, and the nice, big garage. The house was built start to finish in six months and the workmanship and quality is excellent. Lexar was so easy to work with and when I had questions they were explained in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Lexar homes !
We built a Lexar in 2020, it was good quality, and most of all for our situation done on 6 months. Most contractors here were a few years out and exponentially more expensive. We liked it so much, we decided to sell and bought a property with another Lexar this year. We’re also on the process of having them build a 20x30 garage. Good product, great price, time sensitive, and most of all great people to work with!
I was super satisfied with Lexar as my home builder. As an elderly widow building a house for the first time I couldn't have had a better experience. The Lexar staff communicated well, were very responsive to what I wanted, and patiently explained anything I didn't understand. I chose this company because for a good price you can pick one of their many beautiful floor plans; the price includes quality materials; and the price you agree on never changes after building starts.
