I called about my hybrid and they immediately said I needed a new hybrid battery. Then I came in person; they were absolutely no help and wouldn’t do a proper diagnosis before assuming I needed a new battery. All I wanted was a proper diagnosis and was talked to like I knew nothing about my car. update** did my own diagnosis and it turned out to not be the hybrid battery as i presumed. it was the a/c compressor throwing the p0aa6 code. but according to richard, the battery is the only thing that can throw that code. i just n... read more
