The best independent Toyota/Lexus shop in Charleston hands down. Great friendly staff and reasonable rates without hard upsells. Highly recommend.
I am really glad to have the opportunity to work with this shop. I have done multiple services with them without an issue. I am especially impressed today that Richard made sure I would not overspend on fluids and spark plugs prematurely. I was convinced that I should do spark plugs and fluids but was assured that they still have service life despite that lowering my bill today by almost $1,000. From my experience, they will certainly not sell you services that you do not need yet.
Will never go back again. Recently learned that they over filled my oil by a whole quart. This can cause damage to the engine. They did the same thing to a friends vehicle. Getting the oil level right on a car is not a hard task. If you’re too lazy to look up what the car requires than the easiest thing to do is use the dipstick and add a little at a time. An oil change is not rocket science.
The place is excellent!! The Mechanics were able to an amazing job putting my car back together, it needed multiple services performed and the price was within my budget. I will definitely be taking my car to this shop and would recommend others take theirs as well.
Took my yaris to these great people cause they specialize in toyota. Good prices excellent work and excellent techs. My yaris now has a place to be serviced. Recommend them 100 percent
