I booked an haircut for my son @ 4pm, we arrived @ 3:58. Was not greeted, My son didn't get in the chair until 4:40. Why booked an appointment if you still have to wait??? Not to mention, know interaction from the barber or an apology. She gives nice haircuts, but customer service awful!!!! I cannot support a business without great customer service!
Great experience every time! Ladies and gentlemen not only can you get a great haircut but you can get your locs twisted up by Lex and Ms. Yonn they are amazing I been coming here for the past 3 years and I am impressed every time
