I went in for a tire patch and they forced me to buy a new tire (otherwise I would have been stranded literally) because they figured I'm haole female so they could rip me off. NEVER EVER SPENDING MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.
As always, the personnel were courteous, very helpful and answered all of my questions with a very professional response. The Aloha "Spirit" is always present and extended to me each and every time I am at the Kona business location! Please give a big MAHALO to each person for their excellent work and professionalism. I realize there are times when the drudgery can be tough. However, they always manage to exhibit a positive attitude and good work traits for their customers.
I had to wait for an oil change but once I got in, the crew was really nice and showed so much team work to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Mahalo!
The customer service was excellent. The technicians communicate issues, answer questions and are very professional and helpful.
