The intake specialist was so understanding and kind while I was simultaneously on an important call about my husband in the hospital. And the service young man was very helpful too!
My parts order, obtained about 2 weeks ago, was supposed to have been sent to the service department who was supposed to have contacted me with a price to R&R those parts. Never happened.
