Customer service was amazing and the doc is very informational
I purchased my first pair of high end eyeglasses from my eye doctor, and the experience has not been ideal. When I went to pick up my glasses I had to wait an hour. The man who was there ahead of me asked where his place in line was, I knew then that there would be trouble. After an hour of waiting, and no one updating me, I asked if I could just get my glasses because I had another appointment in 15 minutes. My mistake, I now have a $400, distorted pair of lenses.
