Darrell Beal was professional and patient with explaining the state of my unit and what could be done to possibly extend the quality of the unit. He DID NOT SELL!! He educated me on the reasons why for the various maintenance needs and that was appreciated. Biggest thing I appreciated the most was he sat down and showed pictures of my unit and rated which items should be repaired immediately. UPDATE: Had the capacitor replaced and have our A/C unit in working condition again. Spoke with manager, Christi Lampkin, who really worked to address our concerns. She was able to offer free start assist kits to fix an over-amping issue with our units and a free year of maintenance/labor to restore our confidence in the equipment and service.
