UPDATE: Had the capacitor replaced and have our A/C unit in working condition again. Spoke with manager, Christi Lampkin, who really worked to address our concerns. She was able to offer free start assist kits to fix an over-amping issue with our units and a free year of maintenance/labor to restore our confidence in the equipment and service. I am very very disappointed about the plumbing scheduling system at this company. I scheduled in advance and they called me on the appointment day yo reschedule my appointment with a reason. Then I rescheduled next week, they called on the appointment day to reschedule me again. I rate them negative if I had an option for the following verifiable facts. I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with LEXAIR on 09/11/2023. I called their company hoping to inquire about the manufacturer warranty status of my home AC unit. Little did I know that this would turn into an absolute nightmare. Upon making the call, I was immediately greeted with a demand for an $89 home visit fee.
