Absolute horror show! I left a great review on their other profile 3 months ago, for plumbing but boy have things changed. My AC went out at 8pm (90+ degrees outside) and I called for service hoping emergency service was available. I'm a cool club member and pay monthly for expedited service. Instead, I got an AI agent that offered no help at all, didn't even dispatch for the next day, and Lex never even followed up AT ALL. I would not recommend this company, especially their “Cool Club” membership. I tried for several months to schedule the “free” service included with the membership, and my appointment was canceled three separate times. Each time, the only option offered was to reschedule several weeks later, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. After months of trying to use a service I was paying for, I finally requested to cancel my membership and asked for a refund. Darrell Beal was professional and patient with explaining the state of my unit and what could be done to possibly extend the quality of the unit. He DID NOT SELL!! He educated me on the reasons why for the various maintenance needs and that was appreciated. Biggest thing I appreciated the most was he sat down and showed pictures of my unit and rated which items should be repaired immediately.
