I would not recommend this company, especially their “Cool Club” membership. I tried for several months to schedule the “free” service included with the membership, and my appointment was canceled three separate times. Each time, the only option offered was to reschedule several weeks later, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Darrell Beal was professional and patient with explaining the state of my unit and what could be done to possibly extend the quality of the unit. He DID NOT SELL!! He educated me on the reasons why for the various maintenance needs and that was appreciated. Biggest thing I appreciated the most was he sat down and showed pictures of my unit and rated which items should be repaired immediately.
