I am very very disappointed about the plumbing scheduling system at this company. I scheduled in advance and they called me on the appointment day yo reschedule my appointment with a reason. I called their company hoping to inquire about the manufacturer warranty status of my home AC unit. Little did I know that this would turn into an absolute nightmare. Upon making the call, I was immediately greeted with a demand for an $89 home visit fee.
