The New mangers on site are really rude and not friendly at all , after we left the property, I went to check the mails and I knew I owed some amount to them , and they added some extra charges on me and didn’t even bother to show the receipts of the charges , and talked to me very rudely . I have been knowing and renting here since 3 years but never ever had such a bad experience. One of them gave me an amount and then the other one comes with very different amount. Very bad customer service , will never refer.
Edit:- The manager’s behavior is the reason for this one star. Her attitude and comments made me feel unwelcome and unsafe, with a clear discriminatory tone. Completely unacceptable!
Good community to reside in for new immigrants to start fresh! The Capreit management is polite, responsive, and understanding, quickly attending to residents' needs.
