Spoke to senior staff — they admitted the manager was wrong but did nothing. Visitor parking rule was suddenly changed just for us after my brother’s argument with maintenance. Others still park there with no issue. Feels unfair and targeted. Edit:- I was asked by the Capreit senior staff to take down my previous review, but the problem was not fully fixed to my satisfaction.
Extremely Disappointed by Discriminatory and Unprofessional Conduct I am deeply disappointed by how residents — especially non-Canadian tenants — are being selectively targeted by the management and maintenance staff at this property.
