We have been searching for the most affordable apartment in South Regina and found that Lewvan village is the most reasonable one. Besides for the fact that the office and maintenance staff are helpful and courteous in dealing with our needs, their service is immediate and they response to our emails right away. Ronald and Elver really did their job at the maintenance department, Thanks to Ms. Wanda Morrice from the office, she is very reliable. Best place to live with family. Location is quite good for transportation and near school college for better future of kids also near by of Wal-Mart and superstore.
