I've never had an issue with my Hiace before but while driving from Vic to WA my fuel filter light came on and I panicked. I've only ever used the one mechanic in Melbourne who have always been amazing so I was anxious about finding the right person for the job. We're very happy to be able to get our vehicle serviced promptly as we are travelling, very friendly and accomodating owner who provided a courtesy vehicle, very pleasing experience.
After having a bad experience with another Bunbury Auto Centre who fitted a part to my vehicle that was not suitable, Lewis and his team were able to diagnose the problem, and send me back to the original repairers to have the problem rectified. Lewis has since performed additional work on my car that has improved my driving experience so much. So wish I had come to you first Lewis. Thanks for your amazing customer service, honesty and care.
In town for a short period and noticed my break lights out on one side, when I call up they were more then happy for me to stop by. He looked at it and replaced the globe straight away. Very thankful!
Friendly, communicative staff, great price for a service and a resident friendly dog to give scritches to. Will definitely be going back for my next service!
