I hate that I have to give him 4 stars because he did get us more back than I thought we would get, but I'm a little angry at how long it took. Our appointment with him was on February 16th where we took in all our paperwork. I didn't get called until April 16th that they were ready to be picked up and that he had to file an extension. April 19th I went in and picked them up, wrote a check for his services, and mailed our state and federal the next day, April 20th.
