Came to this state inspection to get my dad car inspected & immediately he asked me was I here to deliver a package . I'm a female dressed in a sweatshirt. I said no I'm here to get my dad car inspected. He looked at me as if I spoke another language. Pulled car in & he touched both turn sognal walked to back of car & said this car will not pass inspection.
