This is the best company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! jim was out to give my garage door a tune-up a couple of years ago, and I really liked him, so I called again for a recent repair. we highly recommend this company . I am very pleased with the staff, service and efficiency . The garage door opener is quiet and runs smoothly. I live in an old TOWNHOME building and was concerned if one could be installed for the solid old door that I have. josh accessed the situation at no cost and came out the same day that I called them. When the spring on my garage door broke, a friend recommended Lewisville garage repair. Called them and they came out early on Morning. Also, they quoted me a price on the phone (in line with what I was reading in previous reviews), but when they came out and saw that it was a solid door (not roll-up) they REDUCED the price that I had already agreed on. These guys where great .they just left my house and I just had to do the review. best experience I've ever had with a service company of any kind ever ! I am a do it yourself kind of guy. This year I have less time to repair my own stuff ( and I'm getting a bit older) and have hired some folks to do work for me, and yes I'm picky about workmanship and friendliness. Called Lewisville garage repair late Monday afternoon and had service same day. John called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and explained what needed to be done to repair door and I paid less than expected which was a nice surprise. When done he explained again what he did and showed me how the door was working better than ever. thanks
