After seeing the reviews yesterday, I was concerned about our appointment today. All fears were laid to rest. Dr. Kurepa was amazing going over all the symptoms, recommendations and a plan. His staff quickly retrieved records to make a more accurate assessment. Alfonzo took blood and had to take it from and RA affected hand with severe pain. He did not hurt my wife when he took the sample. The girls in the office were very professional, light hearted, and friendly. Thank you Dr. Pravong for the referral. We will be back.
Dr. Kurepa is very thorough and is very pleasant to work with. He answers my questions and always goes over all my tests in great detail. The office staff is friendly and helpful, even working me in so I could get my appointment before vacation.
I was thinking to take my mother here, but thanks to the reviews I will desist of doing so.
This group is terrible. 7 calls complaining of excruciating pain and a request to speak to a doctor were declined stating he is getting ready to go to a meeting. I had an appt with Dr. Kurepa on Mar 30. My reports came Apr 1. No one from this group called to inform me that the results are not good. On Apr 13 I had a pain episode and I called many times and his assistant Erica simply blames the doc that "he did not release your records to me" to call you. A very convenient location if Dallas location is not close / doesn't work with traffic. After getting diagnosed with RA 7 years ago, I still go here and even continued to travel back just to see Dr. Kurepa while working oversees for 3 years. I've read some reviews complaining about billing but I haven't experienced it even with my overseas/non-American insurance company.
