They have been rude. I have been trying to ask what the cost of my mom's stone was so I can ask the funeral home what happened to the rest of the money I paid. The stone I got for my mom is a plain, flat ugly stone. I paid the funeral home for a pretty green one with her picture on it. All I wanted to know was how much was charged for the stone I got and have gotten no answer.

I was cold called by a rep from this company a month after my mother passed away. I had no previous contact with them and was still in mourning. This is one of the most unsensitive business practices I've ever heard of. I'm appalled they would do this to a complete stranger. It's akin to ambulance chasing lawyers profiting off of tragedy. Headstone is Beautiful! It turned out even better than I expected.
was told April it would be done. Memorial day is hige in the family everyone would be home so it's very excited about this. Will come May wasn't done so give them a call. Oh yes, we'll be done before memorial day we did get a lot of rain so I thought maybe that played the role. They laid the cement for the tombstone and can you believe, almost August 1 and still nothing at this point it's just ridiculous.
