I would give 0 stars if I could. Working in a medical office, I can understand busy and short staffed. What I can’t understand is unfair judgment, patient abandonment and unprofessionalism. It’s sad what patients have to go through for good healthcare. Hoping someone that reads this, actually takes them seriously.
This is by far the worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. They don't have enough doctors to actually see patients, and unlike every other doctors office I've ever been to, they can not fit in patients with emergency. I would not set up an appointment with this group if I was about to die because I know they wouldn't help.
My doctors here always listen and care about what I have to say. They are caring and actually want to help unlike some doctors I have been to beforehand.
This office can not seem to keep nurse practitioners, especially good ones. Not sure if it's because the nurse they assign is an idiot (and they won't fire her for some reason) or the office is completely incompetent. They have screwed up a lot and I've finally had enough and am changing to a different office. They never get refills into the pharmacy on time, although the nurse for the n.p. has a nasty message about giving them 72 hrs to complete them before you call.
