This is by far the worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. They don't have enough doctors to actually see patients, and unlike every other doctors office I've ever been to, they can not fit in patients with emergency. I would not set up an appointment with this group if I was about to die because I know they wouldn't help.
My doctors here always listen and care about what I have to say. They are caring and actually want to help unlike some doctors I have been to beforehand.
This office can not seem to keep nurse practitioners, especially good ones. Not sure if it's because the nurse they assign is an idiot (and they won't fire her for some reason) or the office is completely incompetent. They have screwed up a lot and I've finally had enough and am changing to a different office. They never get refills into the pharmacy on time, although the nurse for the n.p. has a nasty message about giving them 72 hrs to complete them before you call. I’d give zero stars if I could it is not professional at all and a business should not be open. If they cannot regularly answer the phone I know short staffing may be a problem, but this has been an ongoing problem for months. This is not accessible or convenient for patients who need to ask any questions for the doctors or the nurses or to make an appointment. I know there are online features to communicate with the doctors, but it should not be impossible Call a doctors office and have them answer
My husband went to this practice today to establish care as we just moved here. He has been ill for a long time and was feeling really bad. For starters, they had no idea what was wrong! He was told he needed rest in order to feel better and the physician told him they would prescribe a particular medicine. When we picked up the prescriptions, the one she referred to was not even prescribed! They did send him to get an X-ray early this morning and we have heard nothing from them!
