Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Delaney is awesome. We have been coming here since my son was born, Dr. Delaney is awesome. We had one bad experience there but that was when Dr. Delaney moved to another facility years ago. We are he is back and I think the other doctor is not there anymore. Overall, it's a great place, they will take care of your child or children.
Great place. Very helpful staff. They did everything to make sure my child was comfortable and relaxed.
Terrible wait times every time I’m here I wait over 30 minutes to be seen and it’s bs all the staff in the waiting room are rude and unprofessional
Front desk is not good. Bad customer service and the phones do not exist. Most of the time I am put on hold without even saying hello. Just “please hold.” I waited on hold for 53 mins just to speak to someone. Anyone. One person answered once and said please hold and left me there again. At one point someone hung up on me. My son was born at Lewis gale and I love his dr but I can never get to her. This is horrible customer service. It should not be this hard when they have multiple people working the front desk.
Lewis Gale pediatrics has always provided the best care for my children. The doctors have been attentive to their needs and we appreciate their service.
