Attempted to call cave spring lewisgale to set up an OB appointment. Receptionist first said yes we’re accepting new patients. I stated I’m 8 weeks right now and she said well there’s no one here for when you need to come in between 8-10 weeks. I said I’m actually being followed by the fertility clinic until 10 weeks so can I come in after that window? She says nope, I just said she’s going to be gone. Dr. Mona Sadek is a great doctor. She’s knowledgeable and very professional, a physician who knows how to make her patients comfortable and safe.
