This was my first visit. Everyone was so nice. I was very comfortable with Dr. Marko. He took the time talking with me and answering my questions. He had great bedside manner.
From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the doctor, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All staff members were polite and pleasant. The Dr. Clark was thorough while explaining the images, and he answered all of my questions without being in a rush.
Three months ago I had a cervical spine procedure performed by Dr. Prickett. I’d been having a lot of nerve pain radiating down my arms for months. X-rays and MRI showed I had arthritis, bone spurs, and degenerating disks. When I had my initial appointment, Dr. Prickett discussed my various options. Highly recommend. Kind and helpful staff. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and doctors are all very friendly. Doctors are very knowledgeable and have a bedside manner that puts you at ease which can be difficult at any doctor’s office, let alone something as serious as neurosurgery.
