I only saw Dr Roberts one time and that was for my chemo consultation, never saw him again and still haven't. During treatment, I saw Molly NP one time only when I requested to, due to other issues. There was a mixup about my chemo and radiation treatments coinciding properly due to the holidays, I was unable to get my first chemo treatment started on time due to the infusion center being closed 2 days in a row, Thursday and Friday December 23 and 24. I have been going to the Cancer Center at Lewis-Gale-Pulaski Hospital in Pulaski, VA for several years. Dr. Roberts is the oncology doctor and is very special to all of us that see him regularly. He takes all the time that is needed for our concerns as well as researching the best chemotherapy for each patient. The nurses in the Infusion Room are also great. Dr. Asher was very informative and always took the time to explain things and to answer our questions. His nurse was wonderful, caring and kind as were the radiation technicians. These pleasant folks made our experience easier. Thank you all so much.
Very caring and attentive staff. Doctor went out of his way to make sure that I understood my problems and provided realistic solutions. I did not have to wait much to be seen by the Doctor. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in need.
