The office staff was warm and welcoming, and the medical staff was gentle and thorough. Medical appointments can be scary sometimes, but they made me feel comfortable and cared for.
I just want to thank the "Infusion Crew" and Dr. Birgit Arb (Oncologist), at the Blue Ridge Cancer Care facility in Pulaski, Virginia, for the "above and beyond" care that I received from them. My surgeon, Dr. Keith Stephenson, (he deserves a 5-star review, as well), called this afternoon with my pathology report. He told my son that there was no cancer cells in the tumor or lymph nodes he removed. That the chemotherapy has obliterated it. I never saw them do anything wrong nor make any negative comments. Dr. Arb and everyone in the cancer clinic are very friendly and caring. They answer all of your questions and concerns. They explain everything thoroughly and never make you feel like your being rushed out the door. Nobody ever wants to hear that They have cancer, but if you do you are in great care at this clinic
