I see Chelsea Bartlett and was literally advised by the nurse to go to urgent care. Isn’t that the purpose of having a primary care provider? I was told she had no sick visits and they couldn’t get me in, understandable but I can’t do a virtual or see anyone else in the office? I’m being advised to spend extra money while sick? I made an appointment online, received both a confirmation text and a confirmation email. No further communication was received. I showed up at the time for my appointment and was told that the appointment had been canceled. That doctor only works half days on the day that I scheduled for. Receptionist acted like I was stupid for showing up. Had zero concern for my hour long drive to the appointment. Went there for a new PCP. Amazingly kind and patient staff. Told them I was anxious and scared of the dr and they were still kind. Great communication, respectful people. If you’re going to go to lewis gale.. Kayla Reid is awesome.
Was told my issues were pot related, I moved out of state and continued with finding a diagnosis and guess what!? I have gastroparesis, so if you go here and you smoke pot they will judge you and stop trying to treat you because instantly all issues are pot related. These doctors need to be forced to go to classes and actually learn about pot. My new doctors prefer marijuana over opiates because opiates has a lot of bad side effects.
