I dropped off some medical forms today. I needed them completed so that my driving privileges will continue. My doctor is only In the office on tuesdays. He is a resident. He is supervised by a physician who could complete the forms. The front office staff was neither kind nor understanding. They told me they would give him the forms when he returned next week.
