I tried to make an appt but kept getting kicked off the calls, so I took the advice of the VM greeting and made an appt on lgphysicians.com. Received two confirmations. I called the office number with a question (thank goodness) and was told that my appt was non existent, and that this was a well known glitch, and that if I showed up for the appt, I wouldn't be seen. Considering it's a 1.5 hour drive, that would have been a huge deal. My new appt is 3 months later. Very poor technology.
Robert Johnson is an amazing nurse practitioner. I feel like he listens to my concerns and really, genuinely cares about seeing me in good health. I can't recommend him enough.
