Very polite and professional Treated me like I was a person.
I have had a very good experience working with Dr. Amanda Reese and PA Lillian at this office. I felt listened to and they actually looked at me while I was talking instead of looking at their laptop typing in notes as most other physicians do these days. I didn't feel rushed and got all my questions answered.
Dr. Reese and Dr. Fowlkes have been taking care of me for the past year +. Both of them are in my opinion the best!! I don’t hesitate to reach out to them if I have questions or need to be seen. The entire staff that I have been associated with has been great!!!
As soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and helpful. Didn't have to wait long.
Although I didn't love not having a definitive scheduled time for my consult, I can now see why - Dr Fowlkes prefers to spend as much needed time with each patient without them feeling rushed. He spent an hour and 20 min with me and I never felt rushed or that he was annoyed with my questions. He's thorough, honest, empathetic, and even funny!
