Doctor Deyerle was probably the best doctor I have had in over 30 years. Took the time to get to know you. LEWIS GALE is a fool for not renewing her contract due to not seeing the number of patients in the ridiculous little time placed by corporate Lewis Gale. Lost a good, caring doctor and human being. Never will be associated with Lewis Gale again.

This provider is a joke. I started going to Dr. Chaudry for my Lyme Disease symptoms and each appointment with him was no longer than 5 minutes. He came off extremely uncaring and gave little to no explanation of treatment options or other important information. He suggested a spinal tap, but is now refusing to do so after I expressed that I was fearful of the procedure, but would still go through with it if it was the only option for treatment. Aug. 28th 2024 I went to the office Dr. Wood for a damiana test. There is a small book of paperwork - which they do not obviosity read. Long story short it ended up with 6 judgmental eyes on me, giving advise on my drinking without asking me why I drink. I had to call their office the nest day tp get the results of the damiana test. IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION, I WOULD ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!

I have this sensitivity to cold & heat & because carillion said I had a cyst on my ovaries,I thought it might be PCOS but because LG has said years ago it was a left adrenal leision & now are saying it is a kidney cyst after Carillion said otherwise,he don't read exrays only the notes!That is the worst excuse I ever heard of not to diagnose me or look into the PCOS I ever heard! Probably the first bad review I’ve ever written and if I could give zero stars I would! I’ve never been so frustrated or thought so poorly of an institution. I am new to the area and was already extremely nervous about seeing a new doctor, only to have my appointment canceled 3 times by the office. THREE TIMES!! This caused an unexpected month long delay of being seen by Dr Borowitz. Would give 0 stars if could. If masking matters to you, if having a DOCTOR and the people in her office follow research-based protocols regarding protecting selves and other from Covid, DO NOT GO HERE. Receptionist was not masked when I arrived, although he masked up when I walked up; two patients who were waiting to be called in were not masked and office staff refused to enforce masking policy (no surprise, as they weren't masked themselves).

I would not recommend Dr. Sinclair to anyone. She treated my husband at the practice she was at before in Blacksburg, Va . He was having a lot of stomach issues and he had been treated by her for several years and she never helped him. After she left the team continued to try and help him but they kept putting him off saying there wasn't anything wrong. We kept telling them there was. He was very sick and losing weight. Looking for a new doctor after having been a LGP patient for 15 years. My regular doctor was working the afternoon shift on Thursday, but my refill request was handled by a different doctor working the morning shift THAT SAME DAY.
