Everyone was very pleasant & informative. Did not feel rushed, answered all my questions & felt cared for.
Initially I was satisfied with my first visit approximately two years ago as well as follow ups. Recently I have been asked twice to reschedule a follow up that had been scheduled 6 months prior. Today I called to schedule a visit because symptoms that initially brought me in have returned. I was told I can't be seen for 3 months. I'm not sure what happened but every time I've been in for a follow up I was always told if symptoms come back give us a call and we'll get you in ASAP. Not sure what to do at this point.
