TL;DR I had a terrible experience with the staff at this office, specifically Ashley Earley and her nurse. If I were you I would go elsewhere for GI care and not waste your time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I started seeing Ashley Earley a few years ago for my GI problems. Initially, I didn't have any problems with her or her team. We did a lot of tests and everything came back fine, she started me on some more medications and I seemed to be doing well on the regimen she and I had worked out. This office is fantastic. The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. This office is always willing to pencil me in for an appointment or call in meds if I'm flaring.
The staff really seemed to care and listen. They genuinely seemed to want to find out what issues you were having and the causes behind them so they could help.
P.A. Anne Howland told me more in 15 min, than I have trying or didn't know since I had Prostate removed in 2019. Thank You Thank You The staff and nurses are outstanding as well.
