Very nice, clean, and accessible place. The workers and dr were very kind and respectful
Typical lewis gale. Come early and they're still 45 minutes late for their appointment. So they can spend all that time, just yapping at you about money and insurance and consent forms, right? Then the little elitist nurse wants to come out from the back with an attitude based not on anything which I have done, but because she cannot pronounce my name correctly and starts yelling at me about it. 3 times in 6 years, I have had to go to a LewisGale physician. Do not go here! Find another medical practice I came to this practice to get established with a PCP and address new hypertension. I saw Nolie “Jill” Conner which is a nurse practitioner there. My main consult went well but there was not follow through with making another appointment to see how everything was going. I called to let her know the med that I was placed on to help with my hypertension was not working. No follow up from her the next day, it was instead from a nurse who was relaying a message to me versus skill dir... read more

When we first got to Hardy, Virginia we were hearing that it would be a minimum of 6 months before we could see any type of physicians or PAs. When calling the office of Nolie "Jill" Conner FNP-C, APRN Family Medicine, I talked to a very kind scheduler and I explained to her that we both had medical issues that had to be monitor and that there was no way that I could wait that long.
