Was a patient for 10 years at this location with Dr. Glenda, who is amazing. Three years go by without a visit and now I’m considered a new patient. The receptionist was uncaring and unmoved when I asked if I could simply talk to Glenda to explain my situation. You have no idea what people are going through, a little empathy goes a long way. Shame on you.
Visit today was excellent, got in almost as soon as I checked in, and everything went smooth 😎
Incredibly poor. Made an appt through their system in June, received confirmation, then another confirmation a week before. Drove 1.5 hours just to have a receptionist claim they had called me the previous day to cancel because the NP was suddenly not taking more patients. No record of any call in my phone. When I asked to speak to the office manager to see how this happened, some other ill mannered person butted in and barked "It doesn't matter, you're not seeing her!" as though I would still want to. The atmosphere was warm welcoming. The routine checkup was quick and explicit.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Reese was very informative in explaining my condition and was very knowledgeable on new ways to treatment, as well as, how to approach them and the possible outcomes to each. He was very positive and was able to answer my questions 😊
