Jamie and all the other staff there make you feel like you are heard and seen. I drive over an hour just to get my care at this office and its worth it everytime. If you want someone who is going to validate your concerns while offering real options and treatments, if you want someone who isnt going to treat you like just another number in a broken system then you will find the care yoi need here and with Lewis-Gale/Carilion
Staff is friendly office areas clean physicians are polite and listens to your issues at hand
These are really great people. From the receptionist to the nurse to the Dr. I felt truly heard with what i said. They seem very genuinely caring about doing what you need to feel better. I highly recommend this practice especially Josh Prol as he is the only one I've seen but he is terrific.
