Robin is a lovely NP. However- I asked on my first visit to not be told my weight and was then given a printout by the front desk that stated my weight and counseling on how to lose weight, which did not happen. They asked me to start getting allergy shots here instead of driving to Roanoke, but then make me wait 30 minutes for my appt and then again in the room. I'm very happy with my visit. Office staff is friendly and caring. The Nurse Practitioner actually listened and took her time. I didn't feel rushed at all.
When I visited it was around Christmas time and the staff were having a party. They invited me to join in, which was very nice, and we all got totally wasted on the contents of the controlled medication cabinet. I even scored with one of the nurses, though to be fair she could hardly see. This is absolutely the best clinic I have ever been to. 10/10
Message to Frankie: You can hide, but we will find you. We will always find you. Return the merchandise or expect a visit. Love this clinic. The staff were not only professional and helpful, they were also very discreet about my STD. Would highly recommend.
This place is absolutely the best clinic I have ever been to. All the staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. I love this clinic and I plan to continue going here for as long as I’m able to!
