The front desk (not Kim, she’s great) but the other one was given messages that she did not give to the nurses. It wasn’t until I called back for the 4th time and insisted on speaking to a nurse that I found out that they hadn’t been given any messages. A offense like that should mean her being fired! I scheduled a telehealth appointment online. When I attempted to join the appointment, I received an error stating the office was still setting up the appointment and to check back. When I called, they stated it was coded as inpatient even though I had an email confirmation stating it was telehealth. They marked me as "no show" and asked why I didn't just call my PCP when I have been seeing Dr Voekler every 6 weeks over the past year. I now have to wait another 3 weeks to get an appointment in order to refill my prescription... read more
Uncaring, unsympathetic to patients. Only want to see you on their terms.No sick appointments are ever available. Why have a physician who only wants to see you when you’re not sick. Both me and my wife have experienced this!
Dr Carla Foster is excellent at listening and understanding. I’m Greatful for her care. As I have complicated medical needs. As a military Veteran She has cared for me above any other . Highly recommended
Extremely disappointed with my experience today. My chronic pain was completely dismissed and minimized. Dr. Moughraby clearly believes he’s right above everyone else. My experience over the years has been weird with this office to say the least. I originally was seeing Dr. Vokler than all of a sudden one visit I got put with Dr. Moughraby without my consent.
