I saw BASSEL MOUGHRABI for the first time and the last time. He is incredibly unprofessional and rude; he does not have any bedside manner and screamed my medical information down the hallway in front of anyone and everyone who was in the area, patients and staff. I walked out and will never come back. While I have had many years of care at the LewisGale Physicians at Braeburn Drive in Salem, this was my first experience at the Daleville location. I was able to schedule my appointment via computer and the process was quick, easy and allowed me to select a date/time that was convenient as well as timely for my particular medical concern. Dr. Foster is very kind and easy to talk to. The whole staff was friendly and the girl who did my blood work did it flawlessly!
The front desk (not Kim, she’s great) but the other one was given messages that she did not give to the nurses. It wasn’t until I called back for the 4th time and insisted on speaking to a nurse that I found out that they hadn’t been given any messages. A offense like that should mean her being fired! Especially when it’s messages about my health!! Again today I called because I needed a prescription refilled. Do you think she passed that message along??? Nope! I scheduled a telehealth appointment online. When I attempted to join the appointment, I received an error stating the office was still setting up the appointment and to check back. When I called, they stated it was coded as inpatient even though I had an email confirmation stating it was telehealth. They marked me as "no show" and asked why I didn't just call my PCP when I have been seeing Dr Voekler every 6 weeks over the past year. I now have to wait another 3 weeks to get an appointment in order to refill my prescription... read more
