I would give this a zero. I have been going here for 25 years. Today I called to get a Rx refilled. I was told that I was out of luck. No Dr is approving this. The girl laughed and then said I will give you number to a valley view office. She said they aren’t taking “new” patients. After 25 years I was treated like a piece of trash. I’m out of my meds and now have to find another Drs office. This is ridiculous. 25 years!!!!!!!!
The FNP that I saw 3 months ago suddenly left. I am now due for a medication refill and this practice refuses to refill my medication, trying to force me into getting a new appointment with a different provider within Lewis Gale! This means I won’t be able to take my much needed medicine anytime soon!!!!! Very disappointed with how this practice treats their patients and their lack of care. Absolutely disappointing and unethical!!
I just don’t think he cares about the patient .
I would give Dr Matt Kelly’s office a 10/10 from the staff that greet you at the window to the PAs, RNs, LPNs MAs and Labcorp techs. The environment is so welcoming and once your a part of the family your there for good. Thank you to Lewis Gale Family Medicine for all your hardwork and commitment to each of your constituents. Dr. Matt Kelly you always go above and beyond in your work and making sure your clients are comfortable and respected. Keep up the great work. Thank you
Dr. Kelly is a very warm and caring person. You feel like you are talking to a family member, completely at ease. Listens attentively to all your concerns and always follows up with a phone and or message.
