I’ve started using this office as my Primary Care after moving to Roanoke in November 2023. The front office folks are pretty nice and are generally quick to answer questions. Love the service they provide! The bad: Lewis Gale charged me to intake my medical history from my former PCP. They moved my most recent appointment due to Josh being out of town. I have seen all NP's in the last 3 year. Elizabeth,Jamee, and Josh have helped me with any illness from diverticulitis to a standard physical. All the staff are friendly and helpful from front end to the nurses. The NP's are caring providers but don't sugar coat there medical advice. I have recommended anyone to see Elizabeth, Jamee, and Josh and the Lewis Gale Family Medicine family.
I've been seeing Josh Prol for two years. He's been treating me for depression and anxiety, and after asking me multiple times, I allowed him to take over my high BP treatment. Recently, I needed Josh's help with an ADA accommodation with my employer. I took the ADA paperwork to him on January 17th and told him it was due on January 24th. My husband has been seeing Josh Prol. Josh has been so unprofessional that my husband has to find a new physician before his medications run out and he loses his job. He had ADA paperwork, and Josh was the only physician who could complete the paperwork because he was the treating physician. Josh refused to fill out the paperwork correctly. Our family is in a worse spot after my husband has been seeing Josh for almost two years than we were when he first started seeing him.
