This place is the medical equivalent of living in a 1-bedroom apartment in the bad part of town and paying rent to a multinational real estate hedge fund. It's bad. Avoid if you can, expect the worst if you go- spurious charges, substandard quality of care, clueless practitioners.

I scheduled my annual primary care check up. After a 5 minute appointment, I was not asked anything about my health, I did not get any blood work done, I received no care. Then I was charged for a "complex e/m visit" rather than a regular visit (which insurance covers). I have little recourse, but have reported them to my insurance company as potential fraud. Ķelly Doss is a very good NP. Calls in refills when she gets them. She always listenes to me thank you everyone there.I hope she stays here for a long time.

My mom ended up in the hospital needing IV antibiotics for a bladder infection because she was not treated for it correctly AND medical care was not successfully transferred to another physician when her PCP was out sick further delaying medical treatment. Many medical mistakes were made and it cost her 5 days in the hospital and being put on high dose IV antibiotics. I asked for a referral to a specialist 3 times and we were still unable to get the referral. Zero stars. Don't go here for healthcare.
