I had an excellent experience with LewisGale ENT. The scheduling nurses were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Meredith Spencer (FNP-C) is absolutely excellent! She’s very friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and professional. I look forward to continuing my care here.
I went to see physician Haley Mullins for the first time today. I've never felt so taken care of before. My previous provider was through Carilion Clinic. He basically told me there was nothing they could do for my hearing loss. When I tried to request another doctor they refused. Haley made me feel like my problems weren't a burden. She gave me ideas of what it could be. Steps forward to get a diagnosis. And some solutions to help me for now. I highly recommend going to her. I had the best experience with this office the front desk ladies was so nice and sweet to me and the nurse was extremely nice and the Meridith the doctor..I’ve never met such a sweeter and she was so kind she explained everything to me. She was so wonderful overall this office is wonderful and if you are looking for someone so sweet and kind go here because they all are sweethearts
