If I could give LewisGale Family Medicine in Covington zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this is not even the first time LewisGale has left my mother without continuity of primary care. My mother has severe dementia, which makes consistency and continuity of care especially important. She was previously seen at LewisGale Internal Medicine in Salem. Always have a great experience at Lewis Gale Physicians. Everyone is caring and friendly and Kassie answers all your questions. You don't feel rushed. I would highly recommend this office.

I often reccomend this office, and I always add if they can't get a visit with Kassie, try Robbin, or any provider working there. They all have to be great to be working there. They add to the meaning of 'care' because it is so obvious they do.
