The Lewis Gale medical office at Westlake is a wonderful medical office building. It calls itself a cardiology center but I see my Lewis Gale orthopedic group there. Right from the start you are greeted by a friendly office staff, I’m usually taken back very quickly to see my pa or doctor. From the reception desk to all other personnel I can’t say enough good about all of them. They treat me like they really care. Glad I discovered these folks. Lewis Gale has the most friendly and professional staff! I would recommend them to anyone.
I didn’t have to wait my appointment was on time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The provider listen to me which I really appreciated. He gave me good recommendations to follow. I was very satisfied with my visit.
2 I had to take my lunch break in order to get to this appointment. I was left waiting more than 15 minutes past my appointment time. I could hear the PA dictating patient notes in the room next to the exam room. No PHI heard. But then he took what seemed like a personal call leaving me to wait. I was pressed to get back to work on time. I can not afford to take full days off for appointments to allow for providers to take personal calls.
