Our adult handicapped daughter had a severe at-home fall which resulted in a shoulder separation and humerus fracture. At the ER, she received immediate attention and trauma care and an isolation room because of her loud yelling and crying which we were grateful. Later, she received professional and gentle care throughout the process: X-rays, pain management, securing a surgeon, and a room in the hospital. My first time to visit LewisGale Medical facility in Roanoke (Salem). By far the most exceptional hospital I have ever had to go to. From start to finish the staff was exceptional. Thanks to all of my care givers because you make a difference.
