My recent visit to LewisGale's Pulaski ER was as pleasant as an emergency visit could possibly be. There was no wait and the nursing staff spared me from navigating the kiosk while in intense pain. Everyone I interacted with was professional, communicative, and supportive. Dr. Bollig put me at complete ease and I felt confident in his care.
I was seen as soon as I walked in. Very polite staff. Always made sure I was comfortable, always letting me know what the next steps were going to be, great bedside manners and even shared a few smiles.
