Never coming back to this location at Cave spring for care.... I came in excruciating pain for what I now know is called impacted bowel...doctor said why don't you just do an at home enema...they are simple to do. I was then embarrassed and told him I thought my condition could be serious ....he shook his head no ...after nurses gave me a regular enema it did not work and I was screaming in pain from trying to pass the impacted stools ....he stuck his head in the door and said any progress? I was treated by Lewis Gale for a suspected UTI. No one was in lobby so I was escorted straight to exam room. Saw Dr Joseph Joyce, urinalysis was done (which I could never get results of), Rx was called into pharmacy. Medical record indicates I was in exam room 12:07 and out at 12:14. LESS THAN 10 min! All paperwork was signed on the way out, I was told it was so they could bill my insurance. I paid the 150.00 copay before leaving, they said it was an "emergency visit" co-pay.
