I do not recommend ever renting from them they lady that runs it is a terrible they give you a month to get out cause they sold Jackson trailer park and still wanted there money and left alot of people homeless didn't even get the deposit back I couldn't save money to move cause I still had to pay them 250.00 a week terrible communication

Yes I have live in the Jackson trailor park and I can say the Manger here in Lewisburg tn while I was relocating really help and still does and when I call and they family have fun stuff and passes things out for them and all so I stay telling folks about these trailors and even the ones in Shelbyville tn for folks to come to them because they really do help and work with you as long as your honest and let them know what going on they do they best to work with you and your family.
