Guys came to put new telephone poles down the street and just threw all the trash in my driveway. That is absolutely disgusting behavior from any company. A public utility company doing this is outrageous. It communicates that you don’t give a crap about our community or the people who live here. Please send me your addresses so I can come dump my trash on your driveway. It’s hard to believe these people are Americans.
No way to sign up for automatic payments online. Disconnect in less than 30 days from the charge date? Crazy.
The ladies upfront were very kind however if you have to talk to Whitney I feel for you. My check was lost somewhere between the deposit box and their hands (somehow my fault). Gave them proof of a check and still had to pay $80 extra because of their mistake.
