I have called several times and no response from anyone so I finally emailed them and got response back saying it will be investigated by someone, I had placed a basket on the grave that has flowers in it within the 16 inches permitted and they took it off half the time you go there the grass isn't even mowed and no weed sacking done, but God forbid you plant something then they decide to weed wack and they wack the flowers off, so disappointed with the cemetery they disamated a family member grave
