I rented from this facility under the previous owners. Great experience! Due to retirement on August 1, 2026 they sold the property to a new owner (Ryan) He has promptly increase pricing. He informed me that on October 1, 2026 my rate would go up by 93.75%. I found a new storage company and I’m in the process of moving out.
The couple that own this are wonderful people and the price is very fair
