The most helpful staff I’ve ever seen.
I'm not sure what's going on inside the store, but at separate areas with different people, my coworker and I dealt with very unhappy employees. They were very rude and unwilling to listen and my cashier actually threw my bag of things down on the counter. I'm really getting sick of the rudeness that has become customer service in the area in general, but the fact it happened not just to me, with a seperate incident with a different employee, is ridiculous.
Went here for a work purchase, I work for a tax exempt agency. When they pulled up the account the only person on the account was a long retired employee, they said I cannot purchase anything until I’m added to the account. I asked how I could do that, was sent to the back to contractor sales. When I explained my situation, I was told my supervisor needed to add me to the account… I am the supervisor.
