We were not looking for warranty work, just to have Lewis roofing perform the repair. We used Lewis roofing and after 1 year there are a lot of broken tiles all over. I contacted them 3 times and Daryl called me back to say I will continue to have broken tiles because our will settle which is not acceptable. We had a tile roof previously and never had this problem in 24 years. He was going to call me back and never did. I have called 4 more times and no one will call me back. They do not honor their workmanship, stay clear.
After Hurricane Ian, we hired Lewis Roofing to replace our roof. Everything seemed fine at first until we noticed our dryer wasn’t functioning properly. Despite constantly cleaning the lint trap and trying to remove any build up from the vent, the dryer eventually stopped working entirely. When we had it checked out, the repairman discovered that the dryer vent was completely blocked-by the roofer’s work. This obstruction caused the dryer to burnout. Unresponsive and incompetent.
Everything was explained, promises were kept on time. The workers were polite and cleaned up everyday. I am more than pleased with my new roof! Thanks guys!
