Very through. Kind staff!
I’m honestly at a loss for words at how far this practice has fallen. I used to love coming here. Under Dr. Johnson’s ownership, the staff consistently provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond for their patients. Since the change in ownership, however, my experience has completely changed. Dr. Arnett made me feel very uncomfortable during my appointments, and the new staff displayed extremely rude attitudes with little to no empathy. I've been to many dentists in my life, Dr. Bryan Johnson is BY FAR the best, he is meticulous and very perceptive and caring of his patients. Not only is he extremely skilled at what he does, he is a kind and genuine man. The staff is phenomenal as well, I will be recommending to all my friends. You probably won't find a better, dentist in the entire Country. If I ever move, I will be flying back to him and his staff for all my dental procedures from anywhere in the US. Thank you!
