Customer Service Two years in SW Oregon now and I continue to be a customer at Lewis PE. The way they treated my wife when she bought me a chainsaw to how informative they are with simple problems with my small farm equipment. Their customer service and equipment knowledge are great. They will not try to sell you something you do not need.
Good service When I moved to Southern Oregon one of my first purchases was a chain saw. I found the people eat Lewis Power Equipment to be very good and helping me find the right saw for the work I needed to do. I have been back many times since, get chains sharpen, buying new chains and have my saw serviced. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received.
