we had a bit of a wasp problem near the back porch and these guys came out the same week I called. The guy was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing, didnt try to upsell me on anything. He sprayed the nests and showed me where they might come back so I could keep an eye on it. I havent seen a single wasp since and its been a couple months now.
